Olight has iterated the X7, and added charging. I reviewed the X7 ages ago (back in 2016), and was generally pleased. Let's see how (if?) Olight has improved on this venerable design, by adding recharging and an indicating side switch.
Today I'm reviewing a light that isn't even a new light. I asked for it, and GearBest provided. I have liked the looks and specs of this light for a while and I'm pleased to have one on hand to test. Let's see if it stands up to my expectations.
Fenix just announced/released this Cree XHP70 light, and they set out to find a few reviewers. I got lucky and was selected. I'm excited to have this light from Fenix for review. A Fenix light was one of my very first "real" flashlight purchases ever!
After having liked the DN70 so much, I reached out to GearBest to try to get the DT70. In fact users on reddit were interested too.... GearBest came through, and here's the review of the Imalent DT70! It's a lot like the DN70, but has four times the emitters, and four times the cells!!
I've had mixed results with Imalent - I reviewed a capacitive switch light of theirs a while back that I really didn't care for. I think they've improved it with this light, so I'm excited to put this Imalent DN70 through it's paces.
An update to my original Convoy L6 review - this is a new finish. CLEAR! Click through for some photos and thoughts.
I hosted a group buy recently (which is now closed) for this Klarus G20. That was popular so Kathy sent me one for review. I happen to like Klarus lights, so I'm glad to review this one!
Marshall at Going Gear sent me this Niwalker MM25MB for review (and probably, to put beside the Olight X7 I (reviewed recently). I like fun lights, and I'm glad to look at this light from a brand I'm completely unfamiliar with. Special thanks to Going Gear for sending these my way!
